Padel remains the fastest-growing sport in the world. As markets mature, the demand for premium infrastructure and flexible financing is skyrocketing. Acenta Group is at the forefront of this expansion, providing turnkey club solutions, world-class court installations, and innovative leasing models.
We are looking for result-driven International Sales Representatives to spearhead our growth. This is a high-impact commercial role for independent professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and know how to close complex, high-value B2B deals.
In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and close infrastructure projects across Europe and beyond. You will actively target and build relationships with:
Padel Club Operators & Franchises: Scaling existing businesses or launching new hubs.
Real Estate Developers: Integrating padel into commercial and residential developments.
Hospitality & Leisure: High-end hotels, resorts, golf courses, and sports centers.
Municipalities & Educational Institutions: Public and private sports facility tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the process from proactive lead generation to signed contracts and financing approval.
Strategic Consulting: Present Acenta’s turnkey solutions, including technical court specifications and leasing structures.
Business Development: Build long-term strategic relationships with investors and facility owners.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured CRM and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
To succeed in this role, you don’t just sell a product—you sell a solid business case. We are looking for:
The Closer: A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within capital goods, real estate, or finance.
High-Ticket Experience: You are comfortable discussing six-figure investments and ROI with C-level stakeholders.
Self-Driven Discipline: You possess the structure to work independently and are motivated by ambitious, uncapped targets.
Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in German, Spanish, or French is a significant advantage.
Uncapped Earning Potential: Substantial commission with high margins on both infrastructure and financing deals.
