Acenta Group Secures Initial Court Order via Court Culture Partnership

Acenta Group has officially transitioned from agreement to execution in its expansion strategy, securing its first commercial padel court order under the exclusive partnership with Court Culture Pty Ltd.

The order consists of 8 premium padel courts destined for direct sale to Court Culture, carrying a total order value of approximately EUR 230,000 (roughly SEK 2.6 million), which includes shipping costs. Manufactured by Padel Galis under a recently established global distribution agreement, production of the courts is slated to begin immediately, with delivery expected in the near term.

A Long-Term Regional Strategy

This transaction marks the first commercial milestone under the exclusive partnership agreement signed in January 2026. The wider scope of the collaboration spans across padel court sales, product distribution via the e-commerce platform Sport of Padel (www.sportofpadel.com), and Acenta’s proprietary brand Peliga (www.peliga.com). Over the course of the next five years, the partnership holds a long-term ambition for Court Culture to purchase and resell a minimum of 300 courts.

Currently, Court Culture is progressing with the rollout of padel facilities, backed by an active sales pipeline. Depending on regional customer demand, project execution, and site approvals, additional successive orders are anticipated. Since early 2026, both entities have successfully aligned their joint sales, marketing, and operational frameworks to support the partnership’s momentum.

Operational Momentum and Leadership Insights

For Acenta Group, this inaugural order serves as a proof of concept for its international partnership model, shifting the company into active revenue generation across new geographic regions.

Andrew Blake, Director of Court Culture Pty Ltd., highlighted the regional appetite for the sport:

«Court Culture is delighted to announce our first confirmed order of padel courts in Australia as per our distribution partnership with Acenta Group. Padel is starting to gain traction in Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and Sri Lanka with significant interest from operators wishing to open up new padel clubs or include padel courts in their multi-sport venues. We value our partnership with Acenta Group and appreciate the support and industry experience they are sharing with our team»

Håkan Tollefsen, CEO of Acenta Group AB, emphasized the strategic importance of moving from paperwork to production:

«This first order is an important confirmation that our partnership model is working as intended. We are now moving from agreement to execution, with production and delivery expected to commence immediately. Through Court Culture’s market presence across Australia, New Zealand, Oceania and Sri Lanka, we are well positioned to benefit from the growing commercial interest in padel across the region. The partnership provides a strong platform to capture this development, and we see continued potential for additional projects as the collaboration progresses»
