Acenta Group and Padel Galis Forge Five-Year Global Alliance to Scale Padel Infrastructure

Acenta Group has officially signaled its next phase of international expansion by entering into a strategic five-year global partner distribution agreement with the world-renowned court manufacturer, Padel Galis.

The partnership combines Acenta’s commercial reach and financing expertise with Padel Galis’ nearly two decades of manufacturing excellence. Under the new terms, Acenta will act as a key global distribution partner, offering the full Padel Galis product portfolio alongside specialized installation and financial solutions.

A Scalable Ecosystem

Unlike traditional distribution models, this agreement is built on a flexible, scalable commercial structure without fixed purchase commitments. Acenta will not only support international sales but also work directly with local distributors in key markets, providing a «boots-on-the-ground» expertise that includes technical training and financing options.

Furthermore, the deal opens new doors for Acenta’s proprietary brands, such as Sport of Padel and Peliga, which will gain visibility through Padel Galis’ extensive global network—a footprint that already spans over 10,000 courts in 85 countries.

Leadership Insights

The leaders of both organizations emphasized the shared ambition to professionalize and accelerate the sport’s global footprint.

Juan Larraz, CEO of Padel Galis, highlighted the synergy between the two companies:

«From Padel Galis, we celebrate this agreement with Acenta Group as a new step in our shared ambition to continue driving the global growth of padel. For years, we have been delivering high-quality, innovative courts worldwide, and this partnership strengthens our position as industry leaders. Together, we will continue working with the best, developing outstanding projects and bringing padel to every corner of the world, always guided by innovation and excellence»

From an operational standpoint, Carsten Johansen, Head of Global Operations at Acenta Group, noted:

«We are proud to enter into this partnership with Padel Galis and to combine their high-quality manufacturing capabilities with Acenta’s international commercial platform. Together with Padel Galis and its local distributors, we see strong potential to support continued growth across multiple markets»

Håkan Tollefsen, CEO of Acenta Group, concluded by framing the deal as a cornerstone of the company’s long-term strategy:

«This agreement represents an important step in strengthening Acenta’s global offering and further expands our position within premium padel infrastructure. By partnering with Padel Galis, we complement our existing platform with a strong manufacturing partner, enabling us to continue building a scalable and integrated ecosystem across international markets»

As the sport continues to explode in popularity across Europe, the US, and Asia, this alliance positions Acenta Group as a central player in the infrastructure that will define the next decade of padel.
